I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Stanford University. In Winter 2019 I will be teaching Math 51.

My research is rooted in representation theory and topology, but has branched out into many other areas. I was honored to receive the 2015 Kamil Duszenko Prize.

My CV is available.

I've posted notes from a undergraduate reading course on differential topology.

New papers posted:
Which groups are amenable to proving exponent two for matrix multiplication?, with Blasiak, Cohn, Grochow, and Umans
